WhEn I gRoW uP i WaNt To Be LiKe MoMmY!

I got this in an email yesterday, Everytime I looked at it I kept 

CraCKinG uP! So I HAD to share.

So your thinking Stripper dancing on a stripper pole Men giving her MOneY.......Right? 

WRONG! Mommy works at Home Depot and is selling a shovel! Ha! Hilarious! Right? Right?

How quick was I to pass Judgement? 

New bike for Jackson

Jackson got a new Bike for his birthday.
We thought for sure he would be SUPER excited when he saw it. But when we rolled it in he just shrugged his shoulders patted the seat and said "oh a bike" and when back to playing with his guns. I was totally bummed out that he wasn't as excited as we were to give it to him! But Once the excitement of everyone being there died down, he was trying to ride the bike all around the house with everyone still there. (I'm sure could imagine how that went) The next day we went to the elementary school up the road from our house. Ben and I walked and my Jax rode his new bike the whole way. THEN he was as excited as we were.

Here is Jax riding down the huge ramp. I thought for sure he was going to crash so I made Ben chase after him as he went.

We couldn't JUST ride our bike at the school, so we did some swinging too.

I love watching kids swing. They have Sheer joy on their faces!

An Boo Ba-yoons?

A couple of days before Jackson's Birthday party he woke up talking about everyone that was going to be there. Uncle Matt, Uncle Jeremy, Aunt Kim, Aunt Kara, Grandma and Grandpa......and then he says to me.... 

"An' Boo Ba-yoons?" 

My heart melted, he must of  been dreaming or he had an idea in his head of how his party was going to be. 

So of course I couldn't disappoint.....we got him 

26 Blue Balloons. 

They filled the living room he had so much fun running through them and grabbing their strings.

In the kitchen the kids had a huge battle! And when I say kids I mean Uncle Matt (23), Uncle Jeremy (19), Aunt Janae (well, practically Aunt), and Aunt Kim (17).

 There were bodies everywhere! Here were the last two survivors about to battle it out for Victory!

It seems like only yesterday my little bub was born. He is such a sweet little boy. Always remembers to say please and thank you. and always knows just when you need a hug. We sure were blessed when Jackson came into our lives. (even if he is Mr. Independent)
